Try importing the PosetteV3.obj as a wavefront object into Poser, and then in setup room, load the PosetteV3 Cr2 file and then resave to Figures library.

delete the present object file, and try decoding it again. Also, make sure that the two lines in the Cr2 file point to the right object and file in your geometries folder. Also, post a new thread about THIS specific problem, and see what others might advise. This figure works, so if its not working for you, there has to be a specific reason for it. Lots of figures have failed to work at various times, so there is a considerable knowledge out there on how to deal with this problem. Son't for get to mention which version of Poser you are running.

I mean it. I had a father that constantly called me "stupid" when I didn't catch on to things. (If I had not swilled almost a pint of vodka to dull the pain in my leg I would never admit to this in public) I have a BA, MA, and all sort of degrees and still sometimes if I can't figure something out I feel like the stupidest person alive. If I wasn't in my cups, I never would post that. Thanks, Dave, for being a true friend.

Poser 13, Poser11, Win7Pro 64, now with 24GB ram
ooh! i guess i can add my new render(only) machine! Win11, I7, RTX 3060 12GB
I have apparently managed to do something very strange. I tried to install P4DukeM3. It all did seem to go well until I tried to put some M3 textures on him. The result: Head skin only applies, not eyes, lashes or body.
Then I tried Posette and had the same result. This is the strange part for I had her already there and she'd worked fine on previous occasions. If anyone can help me figure out what went wrong, I'd really appreciate it.

Dear Sir;
If you try to apply the textures by MAT pose, then you are sure to run into difficulties. The figures must be textured in the Materials Room. The good news is that once done, you can save their materials as MTL files for further use in the future.

The download has arrived safe and sound and I hope I have time to do the installation tomorrow. It is a nice thing to have and I shall definately do something with it soon. I don't use V4 all that much, I am not entirely sure why, but I do sometimes take her out too.
The P4 figures are there to stay, however. I find them easy on the eye and the system as well as very expressive.

Happy Hanuka! no image to add yet (still recovering from HD crash/ data loss), but i'm teaching myself to make head morphs in Blender 3D with the sculpt tool. right now i'm torturing V4, but when i learn to make something i can actually use at full strength and without other morphs, Posy is second on my list (Jane, of course, being first). much love to you and yours!

Well. That's me done. I don't have the P4 figures installed anymore since I wiped out my P6 install. :/
Since I have to unpack the figures and use the seedfile from the P4 guys... I'm screwed. I don't even know if they come with P7 and the P6 CD is someplace in the loft.
It's not permissible for someone to send me the obj files, right? (tho it would go horribly wrong most likely anyway lol)
I appreciate the gesture though and grats to all who can get it done. :)

It might be in Obz format, in whch case you'll have to unzip it using either Winzip of Winrar or the free utility here in Freestuff - Poserunzip. Hanuka is already over, but if you really want to, post a render and I'll be happy to forward you a download link anyway. I remaped these figures to be used, not to sit on a shelf and look pretty.

**dphoadley@Silke **If you think that P4Duke is a hunk, then you might like to look at the latest render in my gallery (*[Nude Draganized Dork](http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/index.php?image_id=1578078)*), although I kinda think that he's pretty hunky as is. He always did have a good physique, but what he lacked was good textures to bring this out. I also gave his alternate hip a seperate materials zone, so that it can either be textured with the regular skin texture, and thus castrate him, or it can be given a seperate texture and thus serve as a loin cloth ala' Tarzan or Conan the Barbarian. Anyway, the alternate hip can now serve a real purpose rather than just make poor Duke sexless. ;=DI like your render very much, it has a sweet whimisical ambience. Congratulations on a job well done.

Today is the first day of the eight day Jewish holiday of Hanuka. Hanuka celebrates the rededication of the Temple in Jerusalem after the successful war of liberation waged by the Maccabees against the Selucid Empire.
As a commeration of this, I will give a free download link of my Vic 4.1 to Vic 3 remap UVS (Price $30.- here in the MP) to anybody that posts a render using my Freebies: PosetteV3, PosetteV3wG, PosetteV33, and P4DukeM3, here in Freestuff. All renders must contain at least on female figure and one male figure. Eiother nude or clothed is acceptable.
Post the render here in the Poser Gallery and then PM me with a link so that I can see it, and I'll PM you back with a DL link.
