Hey all Well this is the last time im posting this until its renderd in ultra with the textures and lights. This took me about 45..50 hours to get this far,but im pleased with the way its turning out. The gargoyle was from 3dcafe,the wings are from the free stuff and i will find out who there by so they can have the credit, everything else was done by me in poser4 and amapi. Please let me know what you think as all comments are very welcome from other artists such as yourself, thanks in advance dolly

I'm going to make a couple of small suggestions. 1)The model on the stairs, right side: I'd lower her arms (maybe with a hand thrown over the face if you want to differentiate sides). 2)Winged women on the mushroom-ish props: I would twist their torsos towards the door and angle/scoop the wings, maybe with outside wings up and completely within frame of view, so as to lead the eye towards the focal point. (Whereever the eye wanders, it ought to come back to that door!) 3)The figures on the door itself don't quite balance visually. If the guy on the left was twisted further out, or had an arm extended, there would be a bit more weight there. The hips aren't the same distance out from center, so weighting them is tricky. 4)When you texture it, you may wish to show lots of wear in the middle of the steps, because lots of people have passed that way? Otherwise, it is way cool (ot hot as the case may be) and you are doing a great job with it. Carolly

Wow. Was this inspired by the movie "Metropolis"? I took one glance and was instantly reminded of that classic. :-) Anthony Hernandez Curious Labs
