Please reset the downloads for the three items I puchased yesterday - Designfera Ribbon Eyelets Maker, Designfera Stitched Trim Maker and Powerage's Get In the Style Room as a I have not yet managed to download any of them. A Windows glitch did, however, cause repeated unsuccessful attempts...

I've been waiting all day for somebody to reset these downloads.

Thank you for that. I am able to download the two designfera products, but the powerage product still needs to be reset as it is still saying I have exceeded the maximum number so download attempts.

So please reset the Powerage product for me again. This would be much easier if you had an automated system for this, as Daz does.

Could you please reset the downloads for the item " Le fleur d'été for V4" I puchased today? My internet connection failed several times while downloading this item and I couldn't get it complete.
