....if I reinstall poser one more time. Poser 7 started locking up if I tried to delete something, import something (like an .obj, or .3ds), cothify something. It doesn't seem to matter if I use sr2 or sr3. Has this happened to anyone else? I've tried defragging the computer and reinstalling poser like a billion times to the point that I'm afraid my compter will strick if I try it again. Any suggestions?

edit: oh i've also made sure my drivers are updated

delete the xml config files in the application data /poser 7 folder under documents and settings

The libraryprefs.xml gets rewritten and can become corrupted .

You may need to respecify external runtimes after deleting the file but Poser will recreate it .

Thanks, but that didn't help. I also tried deleting the poser.ini but that didn't help either.

Adobe CC 2017

I don't think that the computer specification is in fault ... A little couple of time i've a little bug under poser 7 sr 2.1, when i move the camera, it move at large like x=5000 y = 5000 for exemple ... I just install over the sr2.1, not poser and all is ok !

@ generationxgarden: go to render dimension to make your changes.

DO I HAVE TO CHANGE THE RESOLUTION from 7200 to 300? When I render it then open it in photoshop the image is still 7200. AND when I render to another window the image is black no image.

your vid screen is set to 72dpi, if you have rendered to a new window at a higher res ie300dpi you should see a slider on left side and a slider on the bottom of the window. you need to adjust these to see parts of your image.you won't see all the image at once, the screen cannot display it.
that's the limitation of most ( if not all ) lcd and crt screens. even HD doesn't come anywhere near 300 dpi.
hope this helps
