Subject: I am new to Daz Studio question about importing into Max Hair question

hi all,
Just weighing up the options of using Daz Studio over Poser Pro (the jury is still out - so to speak), I ultimately want to get the models into 3DS MAX, I also need the hair and mesh of the  body to look as good in max as it currently does in DS,
Do I need extra plugins to achieve  this? 
what advice can you give me on using DS? 

any advice would be much appreciated,

There is a Poser to max plugin sold on this site that many have said works very well. I dont know of one that works seamlessly with DazStudio.

Some have had success exporting as an obj file, and then importing into max - but I think you have to redo all of your material settings using this method.
