If you are talking about the object menu, I notice the little arrow at the bottom of the list is pointing up indicating the object is below the plane level.
Beyond that I've got nothing.
Yes, that is the wire frame underground on/off button.
I have always left it on. It does not effect the render as far as I know.
I don't think we are getting the right information to help you. "... want to add more behide the water..." are you doing an underwater scene and want to place objects below the water plane?
You will have to click "underground on" to see any object below the default horizon line in wire frame.
I just referred to Susan Kitchen's book and verified there is no effect on a scene other than being able to view wire frames below the horizon plane. If that is the button you clicked and your wire frames are now hidden, just click it again and they come back into view. Okay?
Your sphere is partly below the ground plane this is shown in the menu on your screen beside the wireframe where the last little box has an arrow pointing upwards if you click on that arrow bryce will automatically raise your object to above the ground plane. I suspect that as you have the sphere a long way back in the scene that you have re-scaled it to such a size that you have what is showing in the screengrab. If you require it that size try adjusting the camera angle so that the horizon is lower.

Somehow by accdent I have a split screen where my object is behide my water, and I want to add more behind my water , now I know about the button on the right that divides it, but how do I add more so it looks as if it is behide the water like my other object?
Thank you!
