Hi there,
I was making a purchase totaling $42.00 and applied the coupon code but kept getting $0.00 and something about "...not meeting the requirements ..." or some such and nothing was subtracted from my total.  

I thought I had the code wrong, so I copied and pasted it, got same result.  Looking at the Rosity e-mail it says "All purchases over $10.00."

Could this be a glitch or could it be that since one item was on sale it didn't go through ... or ....?

Help.  LOL.

There are some things coupons won't work on.
The standard list is :-

Quote - Magazines, some shippable items, Tutorials, Gift Certificates and Software

The "moving" coupon doesn't appear to be exempt from those restrictions.

Okay, thanks, but I was going by the verbatim in the "... any purchase more than $10.00 ..."

This might be a contradictory ad.  OR reader malfunction, LOL.  Thanks again.

Just to clarify, there are two different things going on at the moment, one being the 50% sale on shippable items in honor of our coming office move and then there is a 10%  off $10.00 or more coupon as well.  The sale on the shippables isnt' a coupon but a 50% off sale.
If you are using the coupon then the standard restrictions do apply which is noted on the Front page article and in the coupon that went out via email.
Those restrictions for the coupon are below.  Hope this helps clarify:)
