Subject: Best textures?

What are some of the most realistic skin textures for vicky 3 and 4 ?

just looking for the best ones out there, also on other models as well.

Tricky question, as how realistic a texture appears is also heavily dependent upon the accompanying shaders. Then there's also the fact that a set may have a pretty much perfect diffuse (color) map but a horrible bump map... in such a case, do you say it's a great texture, or not?

Nowadays, skin texturing relies heavily on shader node components in the material room to bring out realism.  Some are very intricate and elaborate, others are compact and fairly straight-forward.  With shaders, you can take a bad or mediocre skin texture and convert it into an amazing work of art.  Bagginbill's VSS Prop does that to any skin texture it is applied.

you should check out shahara's and 3dreams' products. They are very realistic and look great on other characters too. You should try their "paul for v4" he's excellent!!
