It looks like either a bump map or displacement map is active.  If you post your Material Room settings we might get some idea what's going on.  I have used the no seam feature on the bodysuit and have experienced no problems.  Check out the gallery link:

ok so the whit texture i was using was all screwed. so i started over this time with the defaulyt black texture. I clicked on no seems, then went into material room and saw there was a bumpmap still loaded. so i took all the bumpmaps out and now this is what is left. Still getting seems and now there are streeks in the texture. I have no clue what is wrong but all i know is for the $$$ this item was it should be one click and fixed ya know.

Try using the seams gone morph

seems gone morph didn't change anything. Daz got back to me and said to turn off texture filtering in the material room. Anyone know how to do this?

Look on the color_texture node towards the bottom of the text.  You will be looking for 'Filtering' and right next to that will be a pull down menu.  Change that to none.  What Poser unit are you using in the General Preferences?  Inches?  Feet?  CM?

i am using FEET

If the gradient_bump uses the same conventions as the bump value on the Poser surface, the value you posted is way too high.  If I'm correct, your bump value is 1.5 feet!  Perhaps someone else may elaborate further on this specific feature.  Meantime, disconnect your bump_map and re-render your image.

cool the disconnect bump map worked along with smooth seems morph. Looks like this will be just fine from here on out. Thanks guys once again.

Excellent, you figured it out.  I was about to post several images to illustrate but you managed.  The bump_map in the material room also defined the seams on the suit.  By disconnecting it from the Poser surface, you eliminated all traces.
