Note that the Tile node "Tile" that is connected to Transparency and Bump is strictly there to obtain a clothlike appearance and has nothing to do with the camouflage color.

It took a long while for me to get it looking reasonable actually, for a long time I had bump strength turned up much too high.  That number listed for bump strength is a distance value and won't be the same for you if you're not using the same Poser measurement unit (mine is set to Feet).  If you notice a "checkerboard" pattern in renders that seems to follow the model's wireframe geometry, it is probably because the bump strength is set too high.
