I have installed bryce 6, Poser 7. to import the models made in poser to bryce 6.  the eyelashes and the eyes are not very well I can do to improve it?

probably missing transparency mask (alpha).

I think you have to re-apply the textures/mats in Bryce.

well, it looks like those eyes and eye browse show just fine, or are those geometry? What I suspect is that you need to reapply or at kleast enable the alpha portion of the texture. I bet the eye lashes are done with very few polygons and details in alpha channel for transparency control. That said, it may not hurt to remap the textures, but it would be awfully tedious work and sad if really necessary all over the entire model.

No, you just have to select the eye-lashes and blend transparency in the editor if I remember correctly.

Ah but these look black - and that's a fault of .obj import in Bryce6, so you'd probably have to select the eyelashes, click on M to get into the mat lab, thus:

Then put a bead in Diffuse (see 1) and click on P (see 2).

Then click on 3, to access the image list.

This then brings up this menu, and you click on one of the vacant grey squares, (4) and this bring up a normal file browser, (5) where you can search for the correct image texture.

I found that it's easier to search using a normal sized Windows Explorer before going to this small box in the mat lab, but that's up to you.

After all that when you get back to the Mat Lab, then that's the time to start thinking about transparency and alpha's.

You can create dedicated lists for each project, though I've forgotten how.
