How can I find out the polygon count for a Poser figure, (character or part of clothing)?

uv mapper will give you obj statistics if you load the obj.

I dont know if the poser grouping tool tells you how may polygons are in the set.

The "Actor Stats" button in the Poser Tool Box will tell you.

May I ask why you need to know? Knowing I may be able to give a better answer.

It was so I could check when using your Wardrobe Wizard.

Was it you that emailed me?

Try this, open the OBJ file in a text editor you may find that the polygon count is listed in the information at the top of the file.

Or open in a 3D modeling application, most will have some way of giving you information about the model. Or as markschum says use the statistics option in UV Mapper.

Keep it simple. In Poser open Windows - Python Scripts then click on Print Info and then on Geom Stats. The window will show you all the information you'll need.
