I think he's talking about when you have custom morph where the eyes are closer or wider apart. The morph dial turns them up or down or side to side.
@ spamboy
I've had this problem and you can unhide the trans dials with the freebie above. Problem is if you apply a library pose they might pop right back to original position. I like to use Ultra Morph set from RDNA. It has an "Eyes wider" morph that you can adjust individually on each eye and it isn't affected by any library poses or expression.**

You could also try this one. It works on almost any figure, It will add new dials to the Body actor, which allow you to move both of the eyes as the same time. The dials are: Eyes_Side-Side, Eyes_Up-Down, Eyes_Squint, Eyes_xTran, Eyes_yTran, Eyes_zTran, Eyes_Scale.
UNIVERSAL-Move-Both-Eyes-at-Once
Also my "Show Scale Dials V4 (ScaleShowAllV4.pz2)" pose will reveal the translate dials in the eyes and brow.
P.S.
Note that if you use the translate dials in the eyes to move them to fit a morphed face, the first time you apply a pose to the figure it is likely to reset the translations to zero. Slaving the eye translations to a valueParm (FBM) dial overcomes this problem as valueParm channels are not normally recorded in a pose file. The same applies to rotations, though sometimes it is desirable to record eye rotations in a pose file.
Another means is to Lock Actor on each eye before applying the pose. Same thing with Hair too.
