Having problems with default microsoft download engine freezing on me or just plain wayb down low download ratio

I have reset all your downloads for you so you can try again.

Please be sure to disable any download accelerator/manager you may have running as they do not work with our system.

I have tried WindowsRAR and ZipCentral to extract to Poser 7 and Poser 6 several times evern restarted PC.  Part of the error message from RAR is "unable to create [file name]"  Have Vista.  What or where is "download accelerator/manager"?  Both FK_Twin1 and RainStorm are involved.

Over a hundred downloads from you and DAZ  combined.  Never had this problem before.

Hello,

Please try going to Winzip.com and download the latest free version and try that as I have never had any trouble unzipping a file using that.

Please let me know if it works for you.

Dear Kristi,

The order number is wrong and downloads were not reset.
Order # 111677770

I need to cancel STORMY RAIN.  It's readme file says nothing about Poser and the file extensions are definitely not Poser.  That's all I work with, not MAX 3D etc.  Reading the descriptive material, I thought it was compatible.  I have to be more careful.. 

The application I am really interested in is TwinFairHair-V4A4G4.  It was not reset as suggested in your last memo probably because of the error in order reference..

I have downloaded WinZip as you suggested.

I have reset that order # for you and I am very sorry about that.  As far as the Stormy Rain product, per our refund policy, you must contact the vendor directly through site mail for the approval of a refund.
