I had the same problem you are having and I sitemailed them.They responded really quickly to my question.From what I was told try going to your order history page and looking there.As that is where I found it :-).Once they told me where to look I was like duh why didn't I think of that...lol.

Well, I've site-mailed them 4 times, and emailed two different contacts on their site with no response. Maybe it's just me.
I guess I'll just write it off as a bad experience, but I'm not going to be very likely to buy from them again, especially if it involves mailing them or anything. :unsure: They do have some nice products, though.

I went there and sent off a few PMs for you. The fact that they haven't responded is highly unusual! They're usually very, very good!

If there's a problem with Jayme's emails I can help you from this end. I'm in the midst of working on my Mom's funeral which is Friday morning but if you can't get through to Jayme I'll jump in as admin and help you out..
Forgive me...I might not be able to till Friday afternoon because of the funeral but at Illusions we pride ourselves on customer support--and support you will get! Under any other circumstances I wouldn't ask you to wait till Friday but I hope you understand. Any problems are usually resolved immediately; I'm just in a bind time-wise with family and the funeral and all right now.

I'm impressed with their products ... there are several items I would really like to buy from them in the future... might have to set up another means of communicating, perhaps, since I live in Oz, and they're way-back-East in the US.

I must say: these people are better than their word... I sent a picture asking if the character depicted in it was on the list of eligible characters, and would you believe not only did they send me a link to that character (downloading as we speak!) but another character as well!
I'm putting that whole SITE on my wishlist... best get in some overtime so I can afford all these lovely creations!

After seeing this link I checked out the Jayme's textures and they are very nice. In addition, I had some concerns and Jayme was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Has anyone purchased there recently?
I purchased a V4-based character there on the 10th of this month, swayed by their two-for-one ad: you were eligible for a second V4 character of equal or lesser value for free. I wrote them (as instructed) regarding that second character. I have had no response from them.
Has anyone else made any purchases recently from these people? I've left four more emails since then and still no response. This seems highly irregular.
