Hi :) ,

I just placed an order, with the 10dollar GC applied. When I went to check out with PayPall, it said it was a new, improved and faster way to pay. After about 10 minutes, PayPall is still rotating to get my order paid. The order is showing as 'unpaid' in my account, and, the 10 dollar GC isn't added to my order anymore. It was $105.05, and now shows as $115.05. I'll have to stop the PayPall transaction, as it is time to go to bed.

Can the problem with the GC be solved somehow, and how can I pay my order?

Hi,

The $10 gift certificate is like a form of payment, and is showing that the $10 was applied as a payment.  This leaves your balance owed through paypal as $105.05
To pay for your order through paypal (payment method you chose), please see information at the link below.

If you would like to chose a different method, we will need to cancel the pending order , so you can replace.

I finally join pay-pall...i did all the transaction right.. it took the last 4 days as it was week end..i try to transfer money from my bank account to pay-pall..and i got no where..i put in 30dollars and did all the right things..there was no confirmation..there is another 3 days to wait..if that is not working..I will give up that mode of  payment as i don't  understand it and to  those 2 peoples i wanted to by things from.. im sorry if i have to canceled the purchase...believe me it was so much easier with my bank card... I never had any explanation why they accepted it for years and than  stop...but I did try ......i will ask  my son when he comes over....all the best to the artist....yvonne bales
