I am able to download the files per se but all of the zip files are broken on two different computers with two different unzipping programs. I tried products from 3 different vendors, the first two I hadnt downloaded before but the third I have downloaded before. Tried that one as a test. Whats going on? I am able to repair the file somewhat but I get only some of the files. Please help ASAP

I am also having this issue. I have found that the files stop downloading at 6.9megs. I've tried EI and Firefox both have the same issue.

I am having the same problem- all of my downloads are completing at about 7MB!  Is there a problem at Rendo which is causing this?

Thats my guess. Unfortunate that its happening but at least its not just me. I got up entirely too early (3am EST) because I was inspired to actually work on something and was blindsided!

I think there must be a problem at Rendo as I have been experiencing this problem also. I first encountered it just after midnight - came back to try again several hours later but the same error is still occurring.

Just wanted to start a topic about same problem...all downloads stopped at 6.9 Mb

 

But I have another problem, with 30% coupon I got only 21% from purchase...just counted

 

I hope  later can download them

Same problem here except I ordered 4 programs and only 2 download.  Interesting point is that the two that download are below the 6MB size.  The other two are in the 22MB region and both fail at the 6.5 - 6.8Mb mark.

 

 

I use Poser 13 on Windows 11 - For Scene set up I use a Geekcom A5 -  Ryzen 9 5900HX, with 64 gig ram and 3 TB  storage, mini PC with final rendering done on normal sized desktop using an AMD Ryzen Threadipper 1950X CPU, Corsair Hydro H100i CPU cooler, 3XS EVGA GTX 1080i SC with 11g Ram, 4 X 16gig Corsair DDR4 Ram and a Corsair RM 100 PSU .   The desktop is in a remote location with rendering done via Queue Manager which gives me a clearer desktop and quieter computer room.

I have the same problem.

Four times tried to download a file. With 6.9 megs of the download process is aborted.

I bought 2 Items this morning, when I came from work download went way too quick, but I was tired and went to bed.......

Now op and ready to play I unzip my new items, but it seems that the 2 large zips of my second item are damaged.

I return to my account for another download... seems that I'm unable to download more that 6,93 and 6,94 MB of the zips........ after another try in OE 8 I give it a try with Firefox - with the same result

Add me as well........downloads fail at about 6 megs......they were down foe service yesterday, I wonder if this is related. Trouble is; each failed download means one less time you can download the product.....they need to reset this or sometning.

Yep me too, I was so excited and wanted to use what I have bought, but the zip files are all brooken. I downloaded them several times with Windows Explorer and Fire fox, but nothing seems to help :(((((
