Thank you, Kristi. These orders went through PayPal and are paid. May I ask the procedure for either a refund or store credit? Do I need to do this through an email or just post the order numbers here? Oh, and just to test it I put an item into my cart that I knew I previously purchased and again it would have allowed me to buy it. Thanks again. :)

Also, I found out that in order for us to offer the grab bag promotion, we had to remove the duplicate purchase flag so the grab bag could be "purchased" more than once.
This function will be turned off the rest of the week so please be careful when prchasing products for the rest of the week.

I dont know if the techs are still working on this but wanted to let you know that this is still an ongoing issue.. I almost bought 2 things I already own just now. Thank goodness my daughter was standing here and pointed out that I already bought them for the project I am working on..LOL

Hi - The 'already bought' function isn't working and allowed me to repurchase two items I previously purchased: BeanSidhe by kaydream and DreamQuest Armor by scooby37. These purchases went through, so how does one get a refund or credit when this happens? Thanks in advance. :)
