As I understand it, these will copy the morph values and scales from the figure to the conformed item when loaded, even if it is not a super-conforming item. It will only work for those morphs that are available in the conforming item. Maybe someone can confirm if I have this right.

The screenshot above is the same thing.
I load V4, select her body, conform and magnetize a piece of clothing, go to properties tab, click 'include morphs when conforming' and it seemingly 'overdials' the FBM.
I have fitness set to 1.0 on V4, but the daz Bikini squishes it .
Include morphs works on some conforming items. Most of the time it goes bonkers and I use a D3D script called copy morphs instead as it works everytime. But as stated the morph has to already be in the cloth to start with (or added with various tools available)
The include scale works most of time. The only time include scale can go off that I have found is when on a few long skirts that have handles (bones) to control the lower part of the skirt. I use the SP4 short(en) proportions moprh on V4 in about 0.400 to 0.600 range on almost all my V4 characters. On the long skirts with handles that don't work, normally a reveal dials of the handles and playing with the Y scale can solve the problem. So far I have one dress with handles that I could not make look right.
The only other issue when using the shorten morph is prop hair and you have to adjust some to get them to fit or look right as they have no include scale option. And as I write this D3D has a copy scale script, that I will try on prop hair with I get home in another hour that might solve that problem.
