Copied the list, thank you very much.  A Betty Paige look a like model - awesome!  While I've seen that model it never dawned on me how close it was.

In the renderosity market i just see a caracter called Leon  and it look like (very much) a french actor called Jean Renaud He was in many films and some was american  films(ex DaVInci code,Godzilla,Pink Panther remake)

This looks like Nichole Kiddman, The Hair is what Advertise, "Royal Pricess Hair" by Outatouch at DAZ. I haven't been able to find out what Charature that was used. She looks just Like Nichole Kiddman in Far and Away. Hair Pose and face. 

If you have seen that movie you will know what I'm talking about. I'm getting the hair, but I can't find out how to get ahold of Outatouch to find out where to get her.

There is a huge database of celebrity 3d models at Pixelsizzle You can also filter searches by figure and artist which is pretty handy.

It depends if you mean celebrities should be paid for having their likenesses used.  In most cases, modelers will vary the likeness so it does not exactly look like the celebrity themselves which won't violate copyright.  If you are not making money off the sales of such art then you are not violating copyright.  However, if the likenesses are exact, you are making money off such art, or depicting celebrity-based characters in a pornographic situation publically, you could be liable, sued, and have a cease-and-desist order against you.  Every country has different laws regarding such matters, and if you upload such images or videos to social galleries, there are chances that those images or videos can be accessed on the internet through a search.

Free doesn't protect from copyright action, and rather than copyright you may face right of publicity or even defamation actions.
