Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 13 11:02 am)
If you think it's a texture issue it helps to post a screen shot of the material room. It's hard to find problems without knowing what you're doing.
Available on Amazon for the Kindle E-Reader Monster of the North and The Shimmering Mage

I use Poser 13 and win 10
I'll go with Bill and say the normals are inverted.
Try selecting the whole thing with the Grouping tool (easiest done when in Outline/wireframe mode) and then click Inverse Group Normals. And see if that doesn't bring it forth :)

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA

This will be incredibly simple but I'm stuck ...
I created a landscape in VistaPro. Exported the elevations to .obj (via .dxf which Poser couldn't read for some reason, but Blender could and then from Blender to .obj)
I can import the obj file into Poser but can only see it if it is selected or the view is 'outline'.
Nothing renders. I'm sure this is a texture / map issue but don't know where to go from here. Any ideas please ?
Regards.
Mike.
