first change the background color in ds to black so the hair in a png image doesn't have a white glow around it,
the poser version looks as if there are skin shaders applied.
where as the ds version looks like you haven't applied any skin shaders
also are you using the same lights in both?
if so be ware that poser lights don't look nor work the same in ds, even though they do apply
also you will need to turn the deep shadows on in ds for the lights
where i think poser does this automagically

You will have to use the Uber-lighting settings for a more realistic lighting in comparison to poser's render.
First create a distant light, go to Uber lighting in your Daz folder, parent the Uber Lighting "Base" to your distant light by simply double clicking it while distant light is selected. Now select the Uber Lighting "prop" and double click the quality level. You can also select the HDRI setting the same way, Hope this helps!

Bucket Size: 32
Max Ray Trace Depth: 6
Pixel Samples (X): 8
Pixel Samples (Y): 8
Shadow Samples: 32
Gain: 1.0
Gamma: 1.0
Shading Rate: 0.20 *
Pixel Filter: sinc
Pixel Filter Width (X): 6.00
Pixel Filter Width (Y): 6.00

but when i compare it to a rendering i did in poser 2012, it seems to not be as good/realistic:
