Hello - Yesterday I placed an order but Paypal froze and the order never went through. I tried again a little while later and it said I had no items in my cart so I assumed the entire transaction had been aborted. I repurchased the item and then a few hours later the original transaction showed up as 'paid' in my account. I was charged twice for the same item so may I request store credit for this amount?
The two order numbers are: #112149530 and #112149460
