Did you send the vendor a sitemail or email?

Hi there.
I bought the Shoe Pack 3 by Al3D, and the shoes don't load properly and there is no way to fix the problem.

I wrote to Al3D the morning after I purchased the item, but haven't heard back from him.
I would like to get a refund, if possible, because, as is obvious, the product doesn't work.
