Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Dec 02 5:01 am)
.obj export should work as import in Vue 10 as long as you export from Poser 9 or Poser Pro 2012 (latest SR). When importing to Vue you need to manually find the textures (in the DAZ folder inside Runtime). Vue should ask you for the location. Alternatively you can copy the texture files into the same location as the .obj. Once the horse is imported, open the group in Vue. You will see that in addition to all the usual body parts you also have one labled _SUBD. This is the subdived mesh that you want to use in Vue. You can hide or delete all the other body parts (but kep the teeth and eyes!).

I would like to know if it's possible to use Daz horse 2 in view? Normally I just save a post character as Poser scene and import object in view, but seem to be running in to problems, is it even possible to use it in view I know it had a DSON file to make it work in poser is that the problem? Any help would be much appreciated
