The purchase workflow for a gift certificate is anything but intuitive - a big button that says "ADD TO CART" next to a tiny, untitled button for a gift that you only know about by hovering over it? I would expect that the default action for a gift certificate would be that it is added as a gift, and then be prompted to enter its recipient info, but now it appears that I bought it for myself, instead, which makes no sense at all.
Can this purchase be refunded so I can buy it for the person for whom it was intended? And do I need to click the tiny untitled button for sure, to make that happen?
