Need a DAZ phone #.

Bought a new computer and I'm trying to reload abunch of stuff. 
For some reason, my DAZ password didn't work, so I created a new one.  Got the response from DAZ, tried the new password and zilch.  Tried to find a way to contact DAZ, but all I got was my login was no good.

Went back to their website for "contacts," and got the same "If you have a problem..."

I have hundreds of purchases with DAZ, so I definitely don't want to create a new "me."

Is there a human I can talk to?

You also might try cleaning your browser cache, some times that helps with login problems

Hmmm. 1 (800) 267-5170 goes to a "We're sorry that number is no longer available..."  Let's try the next one...

1 (801) 495-1777 goes to a "doesn't exist" tone...

C'mon, has DAZ become so corrupt that there is no way to talk to them?

Try (801) 983-6415. I any case you will not find anybody now. The offices are closed until Monday.

If indeed you are running Win 8, then I agree. Update to 8.1 as soon as you can. there is a world of diference.

If you are running 8.1, then give your self a bit of time it is a bit of a change. I habe both 8.1 and 7 and love them both, but it took a while to feel comfortable with 8.1.

Sorry for the late reply but I had that happen to me and they did nothing but it started working again. Hope the same happened for you, when you call you will not get tech support anyway you will get someone will call you. 

Fastest way to get a response is to submit a ticket. If you create a new account to do so, no big deal, they can merge the accounts. You aren't losing anything. 

Strangely, I tried logging in while at work, and, baddabing!  I got in.  Work uses Win 7 and IE 7, so, I figure that maybe it's the browser.  Sure enough, I download Firefox and things work swell.

Strange the whatever version of IE Wim 8.1 installed would behave that way...  Oh well.
