There was a problem processing your card. Exception Caught: '126', which means: 'Under review by Fraud Service'. Please check your credit card information and try again

Have checked with card company and they're telling me everything is good

Some help here please

Order 112677697 

Do I need to do something on this yet?

Got an email saying thaat it would be deleted soon as unpaid order

It has a pay here link but that just shows me the order

Hello,

The system automatically deletes unpaid orders every 2 weeks. 

The only problem is if you still would like the items, you will have to either pay for the order through paypal or send a check or money order to our office.

Please let me know if you would like me to delete the order so you can reorder and try to use your credit card as payment.

it's showing as paid by my card company

And I have made a purchase here today that went through with no problem

I did not realize that was the order I had manually settled for you yesterday.

I fixed it so you are now free to download the items in that order whenever you are ready :)

So glad to hear it went through without any more problems!!
