Just out of curiousity : how long does it normaly take to get a reply for a refund request?
I thought there was a customer support mailing adress but all I could find was the store@renderosity.com
Is that the right adress to send to?

Yes, that is correct. I do not remember seeing a request from you, can you please send it again?
