Hi,
I tried to place an order (# 112698406) on March 31 and during the order process sales prices ended and I clicked to return to Renderosity from Paypal leaving the order unpaid. I sent an email on April 1 explaining the situation, but never received a reply. I've continued to receive the reminders so I just sent another email. Is it possible to cancel the order? For the record, the sale was extended later in the day and I have purchased the items in the original order plus a whole lot more. lol
