Subject: Deamlight purchases for use with Daz Studio and iRay question

Has any one been able to successfully contact this vendor with order completion issues.  I have been waiting for over a month to get a response to my issue. Which is I never got the Iray Presets For Enchanted Forest that I purchased. And have not been able to contact them through their website.  Got only one message that they received my trouble ticket but nothing since. 

If you have been able to resolve your issue, how long did it take? I sent another TT today asking for a refund. Waiting to see if that one gets their attention.

Did you open the ticket on http://dreamlight.kayako.com/  I usually get a reply in a day.  Also did you log into your account to see if the downloads were there, http://www.dream-lounge.com/amember/member.php  not the account on the shopping site.  I  hope that helps and you get it resolved.

I went there a couple of days after they said the product would be released. And they already had pulled it from their store. No offer to refund and no response to inquiries.  Keep going back and checking. Still nothing.

OK, after taking my questions else where and asking for a refund. I finally got an email with a download link. Nothing more, no apologies for taking so long. Or even an explanation why. Just a survey. At least I finally got my purchase. Was seriously worried they were just going to drop the issue. I like most of their stuff. And they so far have been the only ones that I could get information on Iray from. That was understandable. They just don't understand that communication would have made things a lot easier to deal with. If they just said they were having problems, I would have kept waiting.

Personally, I have stopped buying from them for that particular reason. I have been with them from their beginning and they have gone thru a lot of changes. Unfortunately delivery and communication isn't among of the items they have fixed.
