To download your products, please login to Renderosity, go to 'My Account' under your Avatar or username in the top, right hand side of the page.
Click on your order number in which you will then see the name of each product and the zip files pertaining to them under the title of each one. You must click on each zip file to download them: (here is the link provided for your convenience:

Hallo Kristi I don't understand, in my order is only a downloadmanager zip I downloaded and installed the downloadmanager at my computer, the problem dat the downloadmanager says there is nothing to download for the serial nummer Renderosity has given me. the only file that is in my order is the downloadmanger I have nothing else and he doesn't work. Really don't know what I have to do
I find nothing to download,got an error again when I try to log in I get this: shannel:next InitializeSecurityContext failed: unknown error (0x80092013)and then no downloads available for that serial number( the number I got from Renderosity)
I paid by creditcard so the paiement is instantly or does that still take more time, pfffffffff this is so complicated

All files to download are under the name of the product. You will have to install all files and the download manager.
Your serial number assigned to you is what you enter when prompted.
I attached a document in the email you sent me for further assistance.

Kristi I didn't send you an email,I just contacted you here, I have installed the downloadmanager I found in my order, and I brought in my serialnumber and he still says error and that he has no download for that serialnumber, I am sorry but I can't make it work with the downloadmanager, is there another way to get the downloads please, with a serial and no product I can't use it. I have never had problems with earlier Poser version I bought at contentparadise or at smitmicro himself, don't know what is going on but I can't make work, as long as the downloadmanager gives errors and says he has no download for that serialnumber I got from Renderosity.

I am so sorry as there was a member having the same trouble and they were trying to enter the new number in the download manager they already had installed.

Hi, I'm having an issue as well. I just purchased Poser 11 (Order number 112937509), and the payment has gone through.. I downloaded the zip for PC InstallManager, when I opened the zip all I found was the install manager and no serial number. I opened the install manager and can't find the serial number anywhere. Am I looking in the wrong place? It's not in my account anywhere, I checked my purchases tab and just get the download page. I'm sure I'm just missing something. Any help on this would be appreciated as I'm excited to get started with the program! Thanks, Donna

Have you checked your email? I got PP11 through Smith Micro when it came out, and not here through Renderosity, but the License information was sent to me via email.

Just a quick fact. The serial number that you will get for Poser will NOT contain the letters I or o. Any thing that looks like an I or o is in fact a Number 1 and 0. This has tripped up a good number of people when trying to enter the serial number.

Hi Miss B, Yes, I thought the same thing so I checked my email and the only information on the invoice and confirmation emails is the amount I paid and a link to my account page for downloading the product. I think it was just an oversight and hopefully easily remedied.
Ah, OK. Mine usually come in a separate email, not the invoice and confirmation email, but I've never purchased it here, so it's probably just an oversight. Hopefully you'll get it corrected soon.

If you click on your 'My Account' there are several tabs across the top of your screen in white with grey lettering click on Item List. My serial numbers for Poser 11 Pro showed up when l looked at Poser 11 Pro under item list. In the image below I had to scroll quite a bit to get to it so the item's list search box is cut off. But you can specifically search Poser 11 in your item's list if it is long. The search box shows up just below all the white tabs and or above the start of your item list.

We are currently in touch with the vendor to get more serial numbers for this product. We are having this promotion and the software is selling more than expected. Which of course is good, but we need to get more numbers in place. We have that request out to the vendor and will be adding those as soon as they arrive.

Well Duuuuuh, I never would've thought of that. Since I've never purchased any of my copies of Poser through Renderosity, I couldn't check that, but I did purchase one of D3D's goodies that DID have a License Key, and sure enough, there it was in the My Items list when I searched for his products. I totally forgot about that. ~shakes head~

Hai Kristi I just checked my order for Poser 11, I found another serialnumber and I thank you but..... I can't make it work either I got the same error and the notice "there are no downloads for that serial" also he also gives an error now for my password or email/Username, so now I am completely locked out from that downloadmanager as he doesn't accept my inlogsettings or my new serialnumber.Is there really no other way to download Poser 11 then trough that downloadmanager??. I am nothing with a serialnumber if I can't download Poser 11.

I am glad everybody else has been helped here and can download and install, but I can still not download Poser 11, not with the first serial and not with the second serial still get the same error telling me there are nod downloads for those serialnumbers, at the moment he doesn't accept anymore my loginsettings to log in trough the downloadmanager, so if nobody can help me I would like to ask if it is possible to anulate my order don't know what else to do. All my earlier version have been bought at contentparadise or or at smith micro himself, never had a problem, here I don't know what is going on, but paying for a product I can't download is crazy.Unless you can put the downloads for Poser 7 directly into my order I have no clou to make this work, I am really sorry.

Wow Kristi I finally succeeded in downling and installing Poser 11, it took me 5 days, this was the most difficult and complicated installation I have ever done. I finally found out I had to log in with my Renderosity account and allow Smith micro too look at my orders, really weard, even then he didn't recognize my serialnumber he said I had to register it when I did then he said it was already registered and suddenly a list with downloads jumped up so I could finally download Poser 7 while at the bottom it was still marked he couldn't what I had bought. Anyway I have Poser 11 and it works fine.I remember what I did as far as they said it was already registered, after that I really can't follow anymore how it worked but I am glad I finally did it.

Hai I have a big problem downloading Poser 11, can't do it with the downloadmanger, he says their is no download voor the serial number I received here at Renderosity, he also refuses to login with the password I have given him, I have changed and adapted my password a few times because I thought it was to complecated, so now I took a very simple one, I get confimation that the password was changed succesfully , but when I try to log in trough the dowload manager it doesn't again anymore. I am busy trying to download Poser 11 for at least 3 houres don't know anymore what to do, I do suppose it is the serial I received I need to fill in ?
