Hello,
Credit Cards have a two step process.
An authorization puts a "hold" on the funds and a settlement actually places the charge on your card. Your credit card was authorized, but not settled because the address and zip were not verified.
This means your card company shows an authorization from Bondware, Inc. as a "pending" charge; however, you will not actually be charged.
It can take from 2 to 7 days for this "pending" authorization to be released from your credit card. You can contact your card company to find out how long the charges will be in "pending" since they will not be settled.
If you get the AVS failure, please do not keep clicking the Make secure Purchase button. Each time you do it puts another pending charge on your account.
Warmest Regards

I am saying it takes 2-7 days for it to fall off of your bank account completely since there is not an order attached to it.
The time frame all depends on how quickly they process "pending" charges.
You need to be sure the address you have entered in the fields of step 3 of the checkout process match the address that is on file with your financial institution.
If the information does not match, you can change it while checking out and then your address will be saved. (not your cc information as we still do not save that).
This is to help ensure your safety and our way of trying to protect our customers from fraud as best as we can.
Warmest regards,

Ok so what do I need to do to complete my order? Review my address data, which I don't believe has changed in a very long time, and resubmit? Hmm upon reviewing my address data I see that the second letter of my state was missing. Could this be what is throwing off your 'AVS' check? I suspect that typo has been there for a while and you've tightened your checks which is a good thing. In any case if you can confirm that is the possible issue I will correct the fields and re-submit my order.
Thank you for providing me with this information.
I was able to look at this further and find the transaction. It is showing the wrong information was entered as well the wrong security code from the back of the card.
I am not able to manually settle this so you will have to go to your cart and checkout using paypal or your card and be sure the information being entered is correct.
Warmest Regards,

I just attempted to order some items and I received a message that the transaction was denied. Assuming it was a data entry error I redid the transaction. Same result. When I checked my credit card account I see the same transaction "Approved" and billed to my account. So I would like to get one of them reversed and one actually processed so I can download the products. Not sure what is going on here. I also sent an email about the same issue to the store. Thanks for your attention to this.
