Hey Jenn, are they still working on the mail servers, because I just made a purchase, and didn't get my usual 2 almost immediate emails? I've never had this happen before.
Edited to Add: OK, I received the Payment Received email just now so, hopefully, the Order Confirmation email will show up soon-ish.

Well, I just checked my email again, and finally got the Order Confirmation about 10 minutes ago, so not THAT long a wait, but like Simon, I usually get them instantaneously, so was a bit surprising.

Hi, there.
Is there something odd going on with the site? I never received the obligatory "Order Confirmation: Id xxxxxxxxx on Renderosity.com" messages for either order 113036558 or 113036559 this morning. I figured it was just e-mail lag, but it's been hours and still don't have them. I keep all my e-mail confirmations, so it's a concern (at least to me). I've been known to search my folder for them via keyword, for one thing. I did check the junk folder and there is absolutely nothing there.
