Subject: My rewards are missing.... gone

Hello. I just went to check on my rewards and they have disappeared. I DID have a cart page open to make a purchase, and moved my points to get a $10 coupon for that purchase, but I did not make that purchase and closed that page. It seems my coupon was deleted some way along with all my points that went into it. But I must stress, I did not make that purchase. Could you please look into this. Thanks. Randy Nugent

Hi,
Go into 'My Account' and select the 'Gift Certs' tab at the top and you will see the $10 gift certificate that you purchased with your points.

I have A similar problem. I applied my coupon to an order, but then closed the page. My coupon is in my rewards but It says I dont have permission to apply it...

Are you using a gift certificate or coupon?

Is the order placed? or still applied to the order in the cart?

The order was placed and rejected due to lack of money on my card. I cannot access that order because I closed the page.

I was able to login to your account. put items in the car. Went to your My Account area and under gift certificates the code is there for a $5 GC. I was able to apply that by putting it in the Gift Certificate area in checkout. I have deleted the items I added to your cart and the GC is still in your account. You should be able to use it just fine following the steps above. 😄
