I was able to login to your account. put items in the car. Went to your My Account area and under gift certificates the code is there for a $5 GC. I was able to apply that by putting it in the Gift Certificate area in checkout. I have deleted the items I added to your cart and the GC is still in your account. You should be able to use it just fine following the steps above.

Hello. I just went to check on my rewards and they have disappeared. I DID have a cart page open to make a purchase, and moved my points to get a $10 coupon for that purchase, but I did not make that purchase and closed that page. It seems my coupon was deleted some way along with all my points that went into it. But I must stress, I did not make that purchase. Could you please look into this. Thanks. Randy Nugent
