Hi, this strange orer appeared on my account - no items $101.81. I have e-mails about this mystery order too and my credit card company say they can see it on their systems. I have e-mailed customer support twice with no response. Can some one say why $101.81 has been taken off my credit card for nothing?

Hi,
I am sorry I didn't receive any email. There must have been a glitch in the system. I refunded you $91.81 back to your card and put your $10 gift certificate back in your account.

Hi,

 it has just happened again!  Order 113270526  is an empty order for the same amount as order 113270525 which I just placed.  Please can you refund me the invalid second order.  Thanks.
