Hi! I emailed you a few days ago asking for a refund for Order#: 113294741 as the seller was unable to help me with the program (doesnt create thumbnails as stated) and suggested I asked for a refund but I have had no reply, is this normal that you dont get a reply for days?? or has my email got lost in cyberspace lol mxx

That is not the usual. Please send me a sitemail with your email address if it is different from the one on the order? And I will send you an email so that you are not blocked in the future. Do you want in-store credit for this item, or refund back to form of payment?

Oooo I hadn’t thought of that! Yes I did use a different email but added my order number and nickname, thanks jenn I’ll sitemail you now, credit will be great if easier thank you I think the order was about 5 thousand pounds hehe mxx
