We are working on this issue. We have found the problem and fixed it for any orders going forward. and we are working to ensure all points that should have been given over the last 72 hours are. This only happened when an order had to be manually marked as paid due to paypal's issues over the weekend. Thank you for your patience. And truly sorry for the trouble. Hi, I haven't had this issue before, but I am in the habit of checking my reward point status after a purchase to verify how near I am to the next gift card. Yesterday's purchase of mine, 113532932 , has not shown any credit in the Reward Points area. I would be obliged if that issue could be addressed. Many thanks, Best regards, Nige.
