It's been a lifetime and a half since I've actually logged into DAZ. So now, I find that I can't log in... at all. Apparently, my password doesn't work as it's telling me, it's not long enough. I can't change it because I can't log in. I can't get them to email me because it's an old email address. Does anyone know the DAZ phone number that they can sitemail to me... here at renderosity? I'd probably just let it go except I've got like 20 some odd years worth of stuff in my account library. Is there another way to get i touch with DAZ?

You may need to submit a ticket as ridiculous as it sounds.

I have contacted their customer support email in the past and they have gotten back to me. i know they just upgraded their password requirements so that might be part of the problem. Another option might be their Facebook page. or Twitter or one of the other social media platforms they are on.

You can submit a ticket while not logged in, though of course you then have to enter your email and complete a captcha.

Well, I finally managed to log in, but now, I've got a new problem. I can't seem to change my email address.

Changing email has been a problem since the store software changed, I'm not sure of its current status.
