Subject: Product Download trouble

I recently had my download limit reset but I'm still an unable to download/install my latest purchase (#113794586). I would like to make some purchases but I'm not sure at this point if I'll be able to download them. Any help is much appreciated!

Try downloading this item again. I've applied a possible fix. If you still are having issues, please let me know and we'll get this sorted.

Still doesnt work. Should I hold off making new purchases until this is fixed?

Hello.

The order is marked as paid and says it has not yet been downloaded. Are you getting an error trying to download the  file?

Yes, in the poser install section, I get the "download limit reached" error.

Attached is a screen shot of the error message I'm getting.fN0viHFrThlPq0f5u2gsh6FCIOAvTe77O6FyYU3D.JPG. I've asked several times but havent recieved an answer as to whether or not I can make new purchaces or should I wait till this is resolved?

Our programmer asked if you would open Poser, then click the Check for new purchases button, and see if the warning is still there? Please try that and let me know. Also, you can download the product file from your account under the order number. Then open Poser go to File/Install from Zip and then that will allow you to install it as well. 

Let me know if clicking the check for new purchases helps. If not, we'll get you an answer. 😄

I checked for new purchases and there is no change. I did try to install from ZIP but nothing shows up , which is strange because the process seems easy enough. I installed to my purchased and also downloads runtime and still nothing new shows up. 

I still havent made any new purchases for fear of getting the same error message. When will it be ok to make new buys?

I just wanted to see if this is showing up for you now? Please be sure you have restarted your computer and Poser, then go the purchases tab and try the check for new once more? If it is still unavailable please let me know.

Well we have figured it out. The file for the product had DS in it in the zip title and Poser blocks DS zip files. Can you take one more look and let me know if you can now download the file from within Poser? 😄
