Our programmer asked if you would open Poser, then click the Check for new purchases button, and see if the warning is still there? Please try that and let me know. Also, you can download the product file from your account under the order number. Then open Poser go to File/Install from Zip and then that will allow you to install it as well.
Let me know if clicking the check for new purchases helps. If not, we'll get you an answer.
I checked for new purchases and there is no change. I did try to install from ZIP but nothing shows up , which is strange because the process seems easy enough. I installed to my purchased and also downloads runtime and still nothing new shows up.
I still havent made any new purchases for fear of getting the same error message. When will it be ok to make new buys?

I recently had my download limit reset but I'm still an unable to download/install my latest purchase (#113794586). I would like to make some purchases but I'm not sure at this point if I'll be able to download them. Any help is much appreciated!
