Subject: Product paid for but unable to download

I purchased Tropical Shaders by Nelmi and received the receipt but cannot download the product.

I would very much appreciate assistance in getting this corrected.

Hi Nightwind,

I've gone in and adjusted the product, and everything should be working perfectly. Try downloading the item now. If this item still won't let you download it, we'll try a different fix.
