I really would like to recreated "Rina" by metalhed13.

Metalhed13's DeviantArt account was deleted and I couldn't find a way to contact him.

The character has been created in 2012 or before.

I think it's V4, but I don't have a clue.

What characters, morphs, poses, hair and accessories were used?

It looks like V4 but as for the morphs used, it's a guess.  The same applies to skin texture.  

The clothing is "Summoner," available here in the Marketplace.

There's a V4 version and a Genesis 3 version. Clothing textures look like this, which perhaps means that's the G3 female.

According to a web search, this character was predominantly used for porn and hentai comics but this was quite some time ago.  I doubt you'll be able to find any other information about how she was created.

Finding the guy and asuming he would be willing to tell me what was used would be great, but the guy seems to be gone from the Internet.

I bet someone knows what hair that is. Check out the Delilah Bundle at DAZ. That looks like the hair. Though it's not included with that product.

The character might be his own mix of morphs and textures. The shape of one character, the texture of another, or maybe he dialed her face himself.

That soft, idealized texture reminds of Jessaii, Sabby, or Seven, back when they did V4 characters.You might look through their stores here.

The ears may have been separate. There' s a lot of elf ear morphs out there.

That is definitely the same hair with a different texture you are right.

I found the exact Hair

That is the hair. It comes with poses to hide and morph the flowers in it; you can hide them all, and get just the pearls.

The body looks kind of toony to me. My guess is it has The Girl and Aiko 4 in the mix, and probably something like Voluptuous. Summoner has a ton of morphs built in.

(I had all this stuff in my runtime already.)

If you think that it's a Vic4, you may also consider using Sasha-16, in its 2019 version. Ask if you  don't find it anywhere. Its creator was giving it for free but he disappeared. From what I've read online: hit by a car, he ended up in an hospital but: no news since then.
On the left: Sasha-16, with a few morphs I've never seen on any Vic4 + morphs++, on the right: I changed only Hip Size

Does anyone recognise the texture by it's spots. I thought it looked vaguely familiar and spent  some time looking through the skins I have but did not find this particular pattern of spots.

It's a tough job but someone had to do it!!! LOL

It does look like a Sabby texture to me, but I don't think it's Cortney. Cortney has freckles, and the makeup and eyebrows are different.

Vendors often make multiple characters from the same photo resources, so it could be another Sabby texture. Or, heck, someone else could have bought the same merchant resources, but it looks very Sabby to me.

I have found Sabby-Hayli (Nov 21, 2010) and Sabby-Noelle (Jun 15, 2012) have the same moles and fit in the timeline.

Sabby characters I checked, that don't have the same texture Coryn, Gemma, Karyn, Rayne.

When doing a google search for "Rina by metalhed13" in the period from 2000 to 2013 you can find these two little articles on affect3d.com with a date given

So "September, 10, 2012" is the earliest appearance of Rina I could find, that would mean all the parts that make up her core body should be older than that.

Apollonia Hair which is Rina's hair was released in July 20, 2011

Sabby Cortney was released July 18, 2013 that disqualifies it.

The most relevant information I got

 He talked about using P3D's Gloria for another character that looked very similar to Rina.

I am fairly confident that PD Gloria is the base and he used morphs++ to create Rina's head.

Regarding the textures I think he used Sabby Paige.

He used to create Oblivion mods before doing work with Poser and Rina was originally a Oblivion character that he recreated in Poser9.

His modding background and a comment about editing Rina's textures in one of his last renders leads me to believe he probably edited the textures from the very start.
