I made a purchase and got a grabbag which is a texture set so my grabbag is useless unless I buy that other thing.

I got the same thing - a texture set for a dress I don't own. I thought grab items should be standalone items. Is there a member of staff that could look into this?

Would either of you mind linking to the texture product that was given? We will have staff look into this and remove that from the grab bags.

Hey Amaranth,

We've removed that from the grab bag, as well as any other texture add-ons of that nature. You should not run into this issue anymore. If you find others, let me know and we'll remove those too.

A pity that gown and texture set aren't available for V4 in Poser - looks very nice.

Hmmm, probably a good idea. I'm going to send in a ticket, and you can do the same. Hopefully it can be resolved

Both of your orders have been corrected. You should both now have a standalone item to use with your creations. Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.
