I use 3ds max but it's not that common because of the price(have it in school). But there is a free version called g max made for making game characters that supposed to be very good check out "www.discreet.com/products/gmax/gmaxconsumer/" for more info. More common used program is "true space" and "rhino". You could also check out Strata 3d that I think is a freeware. Hope this helps. If you have any more questions regarding this just let me know. Magnus
Thanks for the help I've gone as far as opening 3ds max and closing it after about 30 mins. Rhino I've tried for a bit but no beans. I haven't tried True Space or Carrara yet, but they all seem to be just a bit over my head. I was really hoping that Bryce would export .obj boy was I sadly mistaken, I don't know it that well but I can at least make something half decent with it, is there anything with an interface similar to that. Thanks again for all your help.

I've been wanting to learn to make jewelry and was wondering what some of the jewelry makers as well as prop makers use here, that's if you don't mind sharing your secrets %^)
