you can use viccy hair for p4 and vice versa.Only a matter of scaling and positioning.Some hair come with 2 setups,one for viccy and one for p4.Dont think that there are parameters available somewhere ,but if you have done it one time and save the hair to the libraries,you have the setup for the next time. Placing and scaling should be done BEFORE moving and posing the figure
And Marco, as an aside, if youre working with Michael and the P4guy, about all you have to do on most Mike hair models is extend the z axis to 105% and move the prop forward on the head a little. Usually works, although some may require some tweaking. Also, dont assume that because it happens to fall on the head, itll stay there. Most are "smart props", but theres a few out there you have to parent to the head to keep them in place. Finally, many of the long-hair props for the P4girl work really well on the P4guy as well, but these will require both parenting and rescaling.
