  1. Some hair are in .hr2 files, others in .pp2 files, as the props, what's the difference? 2) I cannot use the hair for DAZ people in P4 people (and vice versa) only because a different scale or there are other problems? If it's only a matter of scale, someone know the correct parameters? Thank... and exscuse my not good english...

Basically they are the same. Try positioning your hair prop (pp2) on the characters head (while he's in the default pose) and 'conform' it to the head object. No you can open up you 'hair' library and add your prop - it'll become a .hr2 file.

you can use viccy hair for p4 and vice versa.Only a matter of scaling and positioning. Some hair come with 2 setups, one for viccy and one for p4.Dont think that there are parameters available somewhere ,but if you have done it one time and save the hair to the libraries, you have the setup for the next time. Placing and scaling should be done BEFORE moving and posing the figure

And Marco, as an aside, if youre working with Michael and the P4guy, about all you have to do on most Mike hair models is extend the z axis to 105% and move the prop forward on the head a little. Usually works, although some may require some tweaking. Also, dont assume that because it happens to fall on the head, itll stay there. Most are "smart props", but theres a few out there you have to parent to the head to keep them in place. Finally, many of the long-hair props for the P4girl work really well on the P4guy as well, but these will require both parenting and rescaling.

And I hate to confuse you even further, but some hair objects are character files (cr2), which have to be parented in a different way. Sorry to throw that at you. In this case, select the hair figure's body, go into Figure and click on Parent Figure, then select to your character's head. Melanie

oops! Yes I meant 'parent' above; not 'conform' ;-/

Oops, actually I believe it's called "Set Figure Parent" not parent figure. I don't have it right in front me to check the wording. Melanie
