I used morphmanager to copy warriordl's paul morph onto vicki 2. Then I manipulated the body to try to acquire a more masculine physique. I am still working on sizing the body so that michael's clothes can be conformed to "him." The texture of course is for vicki and can be obtained somewhere in the freestuff section...

I'm a real pain in the "rear" I know. But I must say Vicky can't be turned into a man. She is lacking "the package."

Moonbiter ( ) posted Mon, 11 February 2002 at 10:05 PM

ROFL Ron... ROFL... honestly I don't want my vicky to be a man :)

VirtualSite ( ) posted Mon, 11 February 2002 at 10:25 PM

It's certainly... uhmmm... interesting...

I did that a while back, but I was never happy with him/her. He just looked kind of odd. Your going to have to scale up the chest and scale down the hips.

I am a very "literal" person. I saw this title: Making Vicki into a real man thanks to warriorDL So I took you quite literally. Grin

I created a tutorial some time ago to show how to put Michael's "package" onto Vicky 1 & 2 and have it working as a posable prop with all Morph Targets (Traveller etc) working.
All the existing Michael texture maps also work with it and you only need Poser to do it (no modelling/paint programs needed).
I posted the tut to the Renderotica tech forum but it and all the other threads got cleaned out when they did their recent housekeeping.
If anyone is interested I could post it here (if I can find it) on this or another thread as well.

Hi, I seem to remember that "erotic scratchpad" had the required "equipment" as a posable prop, I think it was by Lee Moon... You might want to change the map too, men's "breasts" look different, and the nipples are usually less well defined. later jb

Well they may be just as sensitive. Ooops.

Greyskin ( ) posted Tue, 12 February 2002 at 6:38 AM

looks good but I think you need to widen the shoulders abit to make it more male in stance.

Just one question... "Why?"

Why Not? Hehe Michael is a big beefy kinda male and sorta looks Michaelish in many characters. If one wanted to model a slighter less beefy kind of male Victoria would provide an excellent staring point. In addition there are many more morphs available for Victoria, particularly her head which could be adapted for a malelike look. If I remember correctly there was a suggestion some time ago that the next major figure should be a base type figure that could morph into both male and female, with hidden hip geometries that could switch on and off. There would be amazing possibilities for universal clothing items as well e.g. Catsuit that does both Male and Female. Nice work PapaBlueMarlin, keep going Regards STORM

I think looking at the above explains a fair bit about why Dork is so ugly. The person who created Dork is probably homophobic. ;-}

tasmanet ( ) posted Tue, 12 February 2002 at 7:27 AM

Dork is so ugly you would chew your arm off, so as not to wake him in the morning As they would say in Oztralia " Got a head on him like a robbers dog"

STORM3 ( ) posted Tue, 12 February 2002 at 7:28 AM

Forgot to mention a universal Male/Female figure would be a dream for Morph makers, just think, combinations of e.g. body builder morphs would work for both male and female and the rest of the possibilities are endless.

STORM3 ( ) posted Tue, 12 February 2002 at 7:31 AM

"Got a head on him like a robbers dog" Well you know what they say about dogs resembling their owners! ;o) Seriously, the more differing male looking figures there are, the better for character creation.

melanie ( ) posted Tue, 12 February 2002 at 8:00 AM

But what's the point? It's not necessary. Michael looks too good and any Vicki hybrids of men all look like hermaphrodites to me. Creepy! Melanie

STORM3 ( ) posted Tue, 12 February 2002 at 8:24 AM

The point is diversity. If you are trying to achieve a certain character Michael might work then again Vicky with a full range of male type morphs might work better. I think PapaBlueMarlin's Vicky/Male head is a superb character, reminds me a bit of the way Hollywood used to portray WW2 Nazi SS Officers in the movies (maybe I am thinking of some actor?). Add blond hair, a Black uniform and cap and you have that creepy/evil blond teutonic look from those movies. I hope you will make this one available to all of us PapaBlueMarlin. STORM

Summfox ( ) posted Tue, 12 February 2002 at 8:48 AM

A few days ago I asked if there was any way to splice Vicki's head geometries onto Michael's body... so that I could get more feminine-looking guys... I guess this means there IS a way somehow. Anybody care to help me figure out how to do it myself?

Barbarellany ( ) posted Tue, 12 February 2002 at 9:44 AM

Storm, If you can find the tutorial, I would be interested. There are many beautiful, young boys who have a feminine "aura" about them because they haven't filled out yet. They aren't all Rockwell clones. This would be an interesting way to develop those pretty boys.

STORM3 ( ) posted Tue, 12 February 2002 at 9:56 AM

Found it! I will upload it in a new thread above.

VirtualSite ( ) posted Tue, 12 February 2002 at 11:21 AM

Actually, until Michael 2, the P4Guy had far more flexibility than Mike when it came to running the gamut from really hot to really ugly. Mike 1, no matter what you did to him, always looked like Mike 1. The P4, to me, still works the best: wider range of clothing props, wider range of character morphs, wider range of textures, lesser demand on resources. It's like anything else -- it all depends on what you do with the materials provided you.

melanie ( ) posted Tue, 12 February 2002 at 7:30 PM

Summfox, the Paul character mentioned above actually already exists, so you won't have to do it yourself. Someone jog my memory as to who has this figure and where it can be found. I had it for a short time, but I didn't like the way he looked. I could still see Vicki showing through, so I deleted him. But you can find Vicki's head already planted onto the P4Man body (or was it Michael's body?) Anyway, someone has already done it for you. I hope someone can locate the site for you. Melanie
