Please help!! Cant buy from the shop.Mastercard from outside US!!

No doubt you'll get a anwser from the admins shortly but same thing applies to me. Ill be making a fair sized purchase in the next few days myself. What I had to do was go through the motions of buying. Appears the purchase info does get saved even when the Mastercard fails to process. Called them directly last time and manually completed the order. Think emailing directly may have the same effect.

They told me to place my order by email, did it yesterday, but no response till now :-(

I am working on them and hope to wrap up all purchases by tonight. We are still working with the processor to fix the problem. They are already tired of hearing from us. If it was something that we could fix it would have been done by now, be assured. thanks, yvette
